Mmh I could see her managing to escape to the the web next time the bot uses the VR system. Whether she manages to warn people or ends up quarantined as a spambot is up to her....and a crap load of luck. In the meantime seeing how the AI reacts in her body it doesn't seem to be his first time.
Yeah I wonder if escaping into an AI form is an option for her, would be an interesting adventure for sure. She probably wouldn't be able to get past all the normal firewalls on a professional server but maybe on an unofficial one? That's assuming the AI even logs back into VR in the first place!
Its a known secret , but most don't or can't be into the mysterious dark web. For every normal site there are several times more secret sites. So if you found one that one, you wanted, either very luck, you were shown, or you have the skills to get to it.
What an amazing story! I really love these dark sci-fi stories, and the way you write the story and the idea behind it is truly amazing. I like it so much.
I love the way you describe "her torso flexing uselessly" as her limbs and head are controlled by the bot. Love your description of the progression of the take-over and that the takeover is effective though not comprehensive!
