In the Spirit of the Caption: YTA, while you might have been right in a legal sense, in a moral sense you're in the wrong. You stole her body as she didn't have the ability to counter the Opt out, Brody is likely with you only to protect his GF, who is trapped within your rightful body.
Now as for the caption, it's a great idea, I want to see more like this, as it's very different and gives some interesting possibilities. Seems like this is a similar situation to Emma and Her Cat.
Well, she signed the contract! I'm fully within my rights to keep this body. If she didn't want to stay like this she shouldn't have swapped in the first place! All you are the same, could you imagine being in my position? Being given access to the human world, just to have it ripped away from you? It's cruel!

Hey, sorry to bother you with this, but your amazing story reminded me of one I read a few months ago.
This story is one of a unwilling swap between a woman and her (I think male?) terrier, her husband immediately recognises that she's intelligent while her former body clearly is not...and yet over time the terrier becomes intelligent and covetous enough that when a swap attempt is made...he/she pretends that it's worked, and that the dog is just trying to trick him. This works.
I know this is on Deviantart, I know it's not by anyone I'm watching, and I've been searching on and off for a couple of days now. The only explanation is that I clicked on a story from the homepage recommended, but I rarely do that. So I'm hoping that one of you knows the story I'm on about.
